Work With Me
More Peace. More Purpose. More Alignment.
I work with women who know there is more for their lives—more peace, more purpose, more alignment—but aren’t sure how to get there. Women who feel called, yet uncertain. Strong on the outside, but tired on the inside.
Everything I do—coaching, mentoring, investing, writing—is grounded in faith and guided by wisdom gained through lived experience. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level transformation. I believe in deep healing, clear identity, and practical steps that move women forward with confidence.
I do this work because I’ve seen what God can restore.
And I believe your story—no matter how broken it may feel right now—still holds purpose, beauty, and hope.
Work With Me
If you’re ready to take your next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
TONI’s Connection to Global Change-Makers
Toni has been connected with and influenced by some of the world’s most respected thought leaders and change-makers, including Marcia Weider of Wealthy Visionary, Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul, Dr. John Gray (Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus), John Assaraf, Ted McGrath (Message to Millions), Sharon Lechter (Rich Dad Poor Dad), and Lisa Nichols of Motivating the Masses.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I do this work because I know what it feels like to survive—but not yet feel whole.
I’ve walked through trauma, loss, fear, and seasons where everything I thought was secure fell apart. I understand what it’s like to carry silent wounds while still showing up for life, family, and responsibility. And I also know what it feels like to wonder if healing, clarity, and purpose are truly possible.
This work was born from my own journey of restoration.
As God rebuilt my life—piece by piece—I realized my story wasn’t just something to overcome. It was something He wanted to use. Through healing, forgiveness, and surrender, He revealed a calling to help other women rise from the ashes of their past and step confidently into who they were created to be.
The children in Mrs. Madison’s classrooms have an advantage over other children throughout the country. Their classmate Toni Thomas displays obvious talent in the field of public relations. “Terry did not get a turn,” Toni said after gathering the most timid children and presenting them one by one.
